My baby is four months old while feeding she sucks very fastly and frequently cough occurs ( polamaradam) what care I have to take pls

You should keep the child’s head in the elevated position and if needed please start using a nipple shield because actually that helps in regulating the flow of the milk maybe You Are having a heavy flow and which is why the child is unable to manage it
