Q.

My baby is four months old and I feel my breast feed is not enough for her. My breast feels empty most of the times. Let me a effective solution to increase my breast milk

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil.
