my baby is formula feeding baby ...his poop is black colour sometimes what does it mean .is it common in formula feeding babies

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the colour of stool can be black due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child or it may be black due to formula milk you might be giving or it might be dark in colour naturally. if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry azbout the colour of the stool. if in confusion you can meet your doctor for clarification z
