my baby is fond of krackjack 50-50 salt biscuits.is it good to have ?? she is 10 months old.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. no. do not give any sort of biscuits to your baby. biscuits contain added sugar, flavor, colour, maida which have zero nutrition. it is better to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Better to avoid biscuits. Biscuits will constipate the baby and will fill the tummy. Then the baby will start resisting other foods. So always restrict biscuits to travel times as instant foods. At home try giving healthy snacks to babies.
