Spitting and blowing bubbles at that age is a part of speech & mouth development. That helps them to learn how to move mouth, tongue, and lips together, and later be able to form words.

If its foam and nor saliva then consult your pediatrician immediately..could be a sign of infection and may increase if baby is not treated in time..so please get it checked
