Q.
my baby is five months and 15 days old. she has a high temperature and running nose from morning I gave her dolo drops 2 times.Bit i didn't find any relief?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptgomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gahrgles .

Kindly consult your doctor they’ll help you with proper medicines to follow and if the fever is high you can also do cold sponging that will be benefiting in reducing down the temperature but it’s going to be good if you consult your paediatrician for a physical assessment
