My baby is feeling uncomfortable while sleeping nose blockage and in throat balgum while he sleep he pretends like vomit what should I do doctor

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having nasal blockage so he doesn’t sleep well at has a nauseating sensation so use nasoclear nasal drops two times a day and indirect steam inhalation
