Q.

My baby is facing redness and itching on palms from last few days. She remembers it at night and keeps on scratching . What could be cause and any treatment . She is 4 yr old

A. if the itchiness increases at night time and is at the joints with small red bumps It can be scabies. my 3.10 year old has the same symptoms. better to consult a doctor after ruling out dryness.

A. It could probably be due to dryness in the skin and if you do not see anything on the outer side of the layer then it’s better to check with the dermatologist because with what you mentioned it seems like only acute dryness in the skin
