My baby is exclusively on breastfeed. I give formula milk only when it's an emergency. But since last 2-3 days, he is spitting whole of my milk one to two times a day. Is this normal ? How can i stop it ?

A. Hi, Burping will help a lot. It is actually due to overfeeding and air intake by the baby during breastfeeding dear. Don't worry much as it happens sometimes. Feed again if baby demands. Try to latch for small time and check if baby is satisfied or not. Sometimes babies overfed themselves.
