My baby is eight months old. What foods can I give my baby in the diet we are eating now?

Usually that food that you are eating yourself can be given from the age of nine months as of now you can continue with what you were giving now or if You feel child ready to have the food that you are eating then you can start with it now also bit you can start with that also there is no issue with it
