my Baby is doing watery stool 8-10 ten times per day... when I feed him suddenly he do potty... plz suggest what happened to him... even one time he vomited also

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is passing watery stool you can give z and D drops to the baby 0.5 ml 2 times a day and as well give enterogermin tubes for 2 to 3 days
