my baby is doing stool 5 to 6 times a day with bowel Sound and some mucus from 3 days .Please suggest

Mucus sometimes is normal sometimes would be an indication of stomach infection so better to get a stool test done for your child that’s going to give you a very clear picture about the situation that is there and you can proceed with it according to what it is
