my baby is doing poo 4 5 times but very hard and very less in quantity.. I give her formula milk one time and wheat cerelac 1 to 2 times.. whats the reason behind this type of poo.

This is totally normal. This is because you just start giving solids to your baby. Make some changes in babies died it will help to maintain babies digestion issues. If you want then you can give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues.
