my baby is doing little watery motions thrice a day frm past 3 days is it ok???

It Could be a possibility since your child is three months old maybe your child is having its teeth which is my child is suffering with lose motions you check the gums of your child will come to know it better otherwise you should get a check with your paediatrician ones
