My baby is doing dark green poop and its smelly too. Is it a sign of worry?

ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician6 years agoA. Green poop can be due foremilk hindmilk imbalance or formula milk or some infection or Lactose intolerance or some other cause try giving exclusive breastfeeding till first six months of age
