My baby is currently 16 months old. Can I feed him beets? If I can give, then also tell me at what time and how to give?

A. As in if you are saying beetroot then I’m just going to advise you you can give beetroot to the child you can give it in the form of salad like by cutting and shopping into small small pieces or you can even give it in the form of soup and juice as per convenient to you
