Q.
My baby is crying incessantly after having rice cereal. he already had colic as a new born but it had subsided. is he having the same problem again?

Always better to give home made freshly prepared food items only Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age After 6months of age u can start with dal rice water, Moong dal puree Rice kanji Spinach and dal mash Tomato soup mashed fruit Apple puree Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes Add 1item every 3rd day Give 2-3 serve in a day time Continue breast feed as a main source of food till 9 months of age.

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Exessive cry is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age. Feed ur baby with proper position. Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp. Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time If still issue persist then Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed). Maximum 4times per day.
