Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child fwill develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least onef hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

U Can give a mixture of ginger juice and honey to your child twice in a day and specially before you put your child to sleep that’s going to help in releasing the congestion and cough that your child is having hopefully after that your child will sleep peacefully through the night
