Q.
My baby is completely on formula feed. he is 13days old as doctor said give 30 ml of formula feed for every 2-3 hours but baby needs more so I have to feed extra 15 ml based on baby's demand (i.e.,)45 ml sometimes.my doubt is this is correct what I'm done or not. pls give me a solution. and also sometimes baby needs one and half hours only for next feed this is correct

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist10 months agoA. dear mum , until the baby regains the birth wt feeding shd b atleast every 2 hrs but mainly it is also guided by demand of baby if ur baby feels hungry before or wants to feed more u give accordingly prepare formula accurately
