My baby is completed 90 days he weights 4.5kg is it normal

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes it is dien. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
