my baby is c having fever she is spitting up the syrup pls suggest how to make her take medicine pls suggest

If Vomiting about 30 to 40 seconds after having the medicine then it’s okay because the medicine by that time reaches the stomach and starts working so don’t worry about it and sometimes you can add some honey to the medicine when you giving because it is sweet so it’s easy for a child to have
