Q.

my baby is behaving weird since 2 days. he is sleeping while in myap and as soon as I put him in bed he gets up and starts crying. and now he just wants me to hold him and not put him down. this he has started since 3 days.

A. IMO, it is totally because of gassy stomach. My LO also does the same. It happens because your lap is a bit elevated and baby is more comfortable that way as milk is not coming into the mouth which will.not be the case once you put baby down. Try giving burps at shorter intervals during feeding. Read about ABC of baby sleeping over internet. :)

A. this is very common and many children less than 6 months of age intermittently behave like this. the sleep is totally disturbed. many times this occurs due to gas in abdomen. so kindly burp t for longer intervals. you can give antispasmodic medicines if if there is colicky abdominal pain and the child is crying excessively

Q. My baby till date was feeding between every 2-3hrs and sleeping calmly on bed. But since past couple of days he wants to sleep only on lap and when waking up suddenly and finding himself on bed starts crying uncontrollably. What should we do ?
