Q.
my baby is at age 4 months.Now Mother milk is not sufficient for him.Which food I will prefer.Kindly suggest me.

I totally agree that your milk may not be sufficient but you cannot start with food before the age of six months completion so you can go ahead with giving complimentary feeding to the child which is going to be any good powder milk that you would want to offer
