Q.

my baby is around 4 month she is nit having milk properly and crying a bit can it be a process of teething , and have some very mild fever

A. Hi yes loss of appetite and irritated behaviour is a sign of teething phase.. you can calm down your child by gently massaging the gum pad area with clean finger tip

Yes You definitely can we process of teeth because this is a quite right age for a child to have its teeth and crying and fever could be a part of that due to irritation in the gums your child may be crying so you can start with the homoeopathic tablet number 21 or three tablets rice a day that will help in easing out the process
