My baby is around 4 .5 months and doctor has advised to start with solids can how to start

A. No mam your doctor is not giving you correct advice as food is meant to be started only after completing the age of six months so please avoid giving it as of now and once the child is six months complete after that you can make your child support or in three-quarter position to feed your child well but not right now
