my baby is approx 3 months old. after vaccination the body temperature of him is 99.5 is it fever? should I give him medicine?

A. it is quite natural that babies will be getting fever after taking vaccination particularly DPT vaccine you can give paracetamol drops like calpol drops for babies 0.5 ml 3 times a day
