My baby is almost one year old. She is having fever of 102 for the last 2 days with throat infection.. Doctor advised paracetamol every 4-6 hourly and Meftal- P 8 hourly alternatively. But now her fever is around 99.5 -100.5.. Do I still continue wid Meftal- or paracetamol is enough.. Thanks in advance..

A. at thus temp give paracetomol syp.. kindly keeo a check on bidy temo 6 hiurly n give nedicine accordingly. offer lots of water to ur child .. take care.
