my baby is almost one momth old and he is syruggling to poop due to gas so can we give colidaid drops to 1 month old baby

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drogfps and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoidded before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
