Q.

My baby is almost 8 month old but he refuses to drink water from any kind of cups or glass Only has it if I give him in spoon Any suggestion on how can I make him drink from cups or glass And how much water should he be drinking at this age As he's 8 months the breastfeed is reduced to 5-6 times in a day

A. Almost 120-150 ml water a day excluding breastmilk Eating and drinking habits are taught better by examples you may drink in glass and motivate him to do the same
