Q.
My baby is almost 5 months old and only formula fed... He poops everyday but since 2 days he is having hard stools but he doesn't have any issue while pooping

if you are giving formula milk to the child you have to see that it is easily digestible for the child and is not causing more gas formation as well as colic pain.
you you have to meett your doctor who will guide you how you can choose formula milk for your child.
there are many brands available and you can go for any one of them which is not causing digestion problem for the child

Green colour stool is not always alarming it can also be because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such case if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about baby should be totally on mother’s milk or formula milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
