My baby is almost 4 month and from last 2 days i can hear sound for his hose like some sort of cough. As temperature here is very hot and sometimes its raining so we maintain room temperature at 26-27. What medication we can give as that nose sound is very much and he sneezes also alot

A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.c if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavityc as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
