Night sleep can be around ten hours which again could be split up as u have to feed every two to three hours. You can let the baby to sleep without feed upto 4 hours or max five hours. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then u may have to wake the baby and feed in between or dream feed while asleep. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
