my baby is affected with HFMD infection. can I use teddybar soap during this time

You should avoid using this soap it actually is creating more of dryness in the skin so as of now I would advise you not to apply any soap on the skin just give a bath with water and if you want you can confirm with Dr the best soap to be used during this time
