Q.
my baby is addictive towards Breastmilk.. at whenever she sleeps she is in of it.. Am confused..since c gas a sucking tendency all the time can I join parties have alcohols and if yes after how much later..and what can i consume?

have healthy and balanced diet..
keep your self well hydrated..
slowly and gradually increase the solid and decrease milk intake..
