Q.
My baby is about to complete 6 months on 16 may I am taking him for round on daily basis from 1 week it's it ok and safe. What to give him after 6 months to drink and cerelac. Right now he is on Nan pro 1 should I continue with nan pro 2 or give him cow milk As many are suggesting gir cow milk it is safe or should I go for cow milk (which one ).

cow milk after baby complete one year of age
start with solid as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple
