my baby is about to be 6 months & he is having foamy loose motions, today there was red colour in his poop. also he lot lot of rashes on his back... pls suggest

A. red color check properly it isn't blood, in case then you should immediately consult the doctor.. did you have any red intake as tomato beetroot carrot as because baby is getting red color stool.. rashes on bums you can apply coconut oil or rash cream.
