My baby is a month old was born 2.65 kg last week he was 2.79 kg. I’ll check his weight again this week. He is taking top up Aptamil 60 ml once and 30 ml once during the day .. rest all on bf. How much should be his weight gain in the next few weeks? Also should i now feed on demand ?

A. No need to panic about weight in initial 3 months the weight gain is slow and after that baby gains around 500gm weight every month till one year of age and jeep feeding well
