Q.
my baby is 9th month old , at night 8 pm i give her mug dal n rice ka paste , but till 11 pm her stomach get empty and i have to give her formula milk 2 to 3 times at night . can you please suggest what to give her at night so that her stomach will be full and she will not be hungry at night, because her sleeps get distracted

it is very normal for the child to get up at night also you can serve the dinner to the baby little late and include all seasonal veges and fruits and also give three meals a day and keep adding variety to the diet of the child as well
massage the baby well before putting the baby to sleep
