my baby is 93 days old.He has red swollen pimple like on his right arm at injection site.When i press he cries.What to do?Vaccination was done on 20 march 2022

This is after the bcg vaccination which is very much normal. do not press it. it will subside on its own.
If baby is crying or pus is coming then you can apply ice pack on the injected area to give relief
