Q.

my baby is 9 months old,he is taking solid foods thrice daily,I am giving BM in between,how often should I feed ,my family insist to feed every 1 hour ,how long can he be without food or BM ,either 1 or 2 hour or more

A. Hi parent please maintain gape of two to three hours between two meals please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc you can give small quantity of soji halva sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
