my baby is 9 months old. doctor said i can give him sattu. should i have to boil sattu powder in water and then mix it with formula milk? is it right process? which brand of ragi seeds are better to give? i can make powder at home

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No need to add it with formula milk and it can ge added in packet milk as formula milk is not supposed to cooked and heated and sattu is healthy and can ge given and sane as ragi

Yes to mix the formula milk, first make sattu and then add it. We don't boil formula milk. Take care and all the best
