Q.

My baby is 9 months old and he is on solids plus BM. I want to introduce formula atleast once a day. Can you suggest a formula brand that can be introduced without any side effects.

A. Hi mom yes definitely u can give formula milk to ur baby now. There is no problem in that. There are so many brands available in the market like lactogen, nan pro, similac, aptamil etc. All are good brands. All contains essential nutrients required for the proper growth and development of the baby
