my baby is 9 month what to include in her diet other than fruits and vegetables...i mean diary products and ghee egg and non vegs which one and how much

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hello dear mum. you can give all cereals in the firm of Porridge, cerelac or soft mashed our family food . add ghee in each baby preparation. give curd, paneer, cheese, nuts , dry fruits, can give only egg Yellow .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. As ur baby is of nine months, give dairy products like paneer curd to ur baby. Include eggs(start with yolk initially) vegetables soup, few drops of ghee in meal, dry fruits like almond cashew nuts walnuts in powder or paste form (1/2 tsp is enough) raagi porridge sooji porridge in ur baby's diet
