ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you may introduce the baby to it as it’s a combination of various grains as is quite healthy and also filling in nature as well so you may give about 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 snacks with your feed inbetween
