my baby is 9 month old and has recently developed these red spots/rashes on her forhead? is this food allergies or heat?

A. Hi parent You may apply cataphil lotion over the affected area Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Give her nutritious diet including probiotics and citrus fruits If symptoms persist please consult your pediatrician
