my baby is 9 and half months old she is having motions and vomitings from yesterday we have given Iv vomitings controlled but still motions are continuing for every 2 or 3 hours it is like more watery stool, iam unable to identify that whether she is passing urine or not please suggest how to identify

A. your baby is having a lot of stomach infection so better to get a stool test done and get your baby evaluated and keep baby under the care of an expert pediatrician
