my baby is 8th month old can i give him solid food... still teeth not shown; but gum are tight ....

A. Namaste Mom, You can give the baby semi solid to soft consistency foods now, avoid quite hard texture foods . you can opt for rice, roti, dal, panner, seasonal fruits , vegetables, porridge made with ragi , home made cerelac mix, upma, sago , dalia , idli etc
