my baby is 8Month old but she didn't get a single tooth what is the reason for the delay tooth

There is no delay as a child can have first teeth between the age of three months to 17 months if it doesn’t happen by that time then you can say that there is a delay in the process but currently there is no problem you just have to wait for the right age
