my baby is 80 days old,her upper and lower eyelids are pinkish and white flakes.its been since her 1st month itself.how to cure that?should I need to consult paediatrician or eye doctor?

A. you need to consult an eye specialist. Consult your family doctor or any doctor near by as no medicine should be given without examination . Treatment will be according to examination and do not take any medication by yourself .
