ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. yes it is . dry roast rice : moong dal in the ratio 3:1 grind and store. take spoonfulls , cook in water or little milk and feed warm when your baby is hungry. you can add different dals, corn, wheat etc as baby grows. .try a lighter consistency of cerelac, and feed with a tiny spoon. gradually make it thick .

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hi. yes.. you can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

SoniaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old girl7 years agoA. yes it will be very good . homemade multigrain porridge is best . just takecare of the consistency. all should be good . and dont add any salt or sugar. and no honey or cow's milk till the baby is 1 year old . use breast milk or formula.
